The Wait is Over… Eye Exams are Back!

Book Appointment

We are excited to return to our new “normal” and have missed all of our wonderful patients! The safety and well-being of our patients, staff and doctors are our top priority. We want you to feel safe and confident when you enter through the doors of our clinic. This is why we have carefully taken into account several new enhanced safety protocols that we will be implementing for the foreseeable future:

If you have any questions or need assistance creating an account, contact our office at 289 309-1090 or [email protected] and one of our knowledgeable staff members will be able to assist you.

#SocialDistancing

  • Appointment times will be spaced further apart
  • Plexiglass barriers installed and breath shields on our equipment for added protection
  • Patient chairs will be spread out at least 6 ft. apart in the optical and reception area
  • More frequent email communication including online completion of intake forms
  • Patients are asked to arrive to their appointment alone unless another person is necessary (translator, parent of child, caretaker)
  • Patients will be asked to keep a minimum of 6 ft. between you and other patients
  • Patients will be seen by appointment only
  • Convenient tele-optometry consult services available to all patients so you can stay at home and still have your eye care needs met

#StopTheSpread

  • Contactless payment systems
  • All patients must complete a COVID-19 questionnaire upon arrival at the clinic
  • Upon entering the clinic, we ask that you sanitize or wash your hands with soap and water
  • All patients will be required to wear a face mask. For patients who do not have a mask, one can be provided at a minimal cost
  • All staff and doctors will be wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment including gloves, masks and/or face shields
  • Pre-test rooms and examination rooms will be disinfected thoroughly after every patient exam, including all surfaces, door handles and equipment
  • We will be disinfecting all frames after a patient has been in contact with them
  • All common reading material and pamphlets will be removed from the waiting area
  • Deep cleaning of the office at the end of every day

As always, the entire Perception Eyecare Team will continue to deliver exceptional service as you are our top priority! We are looking forward to continuing to care for you and your families. We thank you all for your support and love during this challenging time!
